I went in there looking for something but unfortunately there is more staff than customers so the staff are messing around and they could not be bothered to help me I went to another Travis Perkins when I walked they said are you okay I told him exactly what I was look for he me the part I needed Job done

I give 3 stars to this shop well travis perkins as i think it does looks big but its to me just a show as they dont have much as the Travis Perkins offers on the catalogue to me is just another DIY shop and over prize for me yes its been there for a long time but to me is not point no to many materials that you will look and they do offer a car park that honestly is no big enough. Do i will go back? Well honest is more DIY shops near by and have most of the things that i need for a bit better prize so no i won't

Small car park bit tight for tipper truck or long wheelbase van OK for car. People are very helpful over all a gud expiriance

Ok service- friendly enough. Had to wait a bit until I was attended but they were all busy working on something or other ( not idly chatting) so won't judge them too harshly on that.

There is good customer service and excellent customer service. This particular branch comes under excellent! Super friendly, supportive and helpful. Very knowledgeable and quite frankly an absolute pleasure to be served by. If I need to hire tools again, they would be my first choice.

Great staff and always happy to help.
