Very helpful; excellent communication. Perhaps it’s a result of some poor experiences with other timber yards but the Cambridge branch of Jewsons stands out in my experience as being very well managed and full of knowledgeable, efficient and friendly staff. I’ve had one item incorrect in a delivery and it was replaced the same day. Thanks.

Completed order and went in with confirmation email and text to pick up some osb sheets. They had 7 in stock but apparently they were being held for another customer. Was told to call to confirm my order next time.
