Called and asked every question possible about patio slabs, cement, sand etc. Very very helpful staff, genuinely a pleasure to buy from them. All loaded into my car on both trips that it took. They worked as a team and overall, very impressive.

Use them many times , and allays very helpful staff, never late deliveries, they will load in your van anything you had bought and... yes... what else you can expect... excellent job

I wish I had known about this company 3 months ago when I started building work on my house. I would not have spent a fortune with B&Q and Homebase. They are so helpful and informative. And a few good looking guys there to boot. A pleasure to go there.

Absolutely brilliant! There is great stock, at very reasonable prices and the staff are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble - just a shame I’m only visiting family, how I wish this was my local merchants!

So close to home and took me so long to discover! I guess you have to be in a situation which compels you to visit.
I found it well stocked and in contrast to Homebase just down the road,these guys are so much more competent, knows there stuff and able to help. It was a huge relief for me because I hardly know anything about plumbing parts or home repair tools.
So definitely will shop here next time rather than Homebase.

Just bought two sheets of mdf cost was £70 b&q are selling two sheets for £52 will do my homework before buying again from Hitchcock

First time visiting today and the staff are friendly and very helpful, even when I wasn’t sure what I needed they had great patience with me. Will definitely visit again.
