The trade account doesn't save you as much as you would think. Only the first 15 cuts of timber are free and many of the products St trade prices is still more costly than ordering it from Amazon.

Downstairs lighting of the B&Q has been faulty for some time now, particularly in the electrical cabling area.

I have shopped at B&Q many times over the last 2 / 3 weeks and in the past have shopped there hundreds of times.
I have to say I'm very disappointed with my last few visits
My main bug bear is that there aren't any flat bed trollies available on the the ground floor . You have to enter on the ground floor, which is understandable due to Covid then you have go down stairs go outside to get a flatbed , try to get in through the out door or if you need somethings from the ground floor you have to take the shopping centre lift upstairs and re enter, B&Q Lifts are not available, again because of Covid
I was even told by the staff by the downstairs tills I couldn't use a flatbed
By the tills as they need them for their customers , I am a customer !!! They could have let me have one and got one from outside.
Today there where loads of B&Q staff wandering around aimlessly but none had the gumption to think about customer service . Obviously training and attitudes needs to change.
Very expensive and poor customer service .

Expected more stock, but overall is a good diy store. In most cases you find what you're looking for. Easy parking at the place and the staff were very helpful and friendly so far.

B&Q continues to dominate the DIY marketplace. And to be honest I can see why they are so popular.
Huge range. Competitive prices.Well trained staff and they are always well stocked.
Shops are well laid out and stock is not constantly changing places like supermarkets do so often. So you can be confident you are going to the right area when looking for something.
Highly recommended for anything home improvement related.
Castle point really needs to sort the car park though. Those props and bets have been up for years and it never seems to get better.

Not enough staff, to manage a shop this size (not even half this size) check. Tons of items missing? Check. Related tems randomly stocked across too floors. Check. Possibly one of the levels of hell from Dante's inferno? Totally

Easy experience, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, easy parking (suggest downstairs as no queuing as the open air level us constantly plagued by them!).

Rubbish went looking for some metal legs for a project searched everywhere only to be told they didn't sell any. So why have it on your website
