Wickes

We have just about had our kitchen installed via Wickes and have been asked to pay an extra £987.00 by the installer for excluded works. I have read through the paperwork and 90% of the works are included within the price quoted by Wickes for the install. I have contacted the store and await their response. Please read all of their paperwork before signing for a new kitchen and install as you could fall foul of the same problem.

If thinking of buying something take care.
I bought a kitchen for £12000 18 months ago. The fitter did not seal the floor tiles to the cabinets and as a result i now have water damage to one of my cupboards caused simply by cleaning my floor.
Customer service is a joke! They asked me to contact their fitter, asked me to measure up the cupboard and since then i haven't hesrd from them. Oh sorry except for them to send me an email asking how they had done!

Product incorrectly priced on the shelf but cashier matched the price with no fuss.

Paying customer and they wouldn't let me use the toilet when I was desperate. Awful customer service really shocking.

This whole place is a joke. Management down to their delivery service. Terrible. Continuous missing items which you can only deal with the store. Customer Complaints do nothing and say I've forwarded your complaint to the store and they will deal with it...how terrible is that? I would personally ask you to avoid any headache and just avoid wickes in general.

Less choices for tiles, flooring, oaint or anything else.

Terrible Service in all ways! Do not use! Lack of experienced staff who don't know what they are doing. If you are looking for a home design bathroom do not use them. They will price you wrong then charge a lot more!!! Customer service is shocking too! Don't waste your time look elsewhere. Wouldn't even give them 1 star

In addition, we have had issues with our (DIY items) online order in the past. Items are available online, you place the order and pay, and suddenly some items become unavailable. So bear in mind they aren’t really reliable from that point of view!
