Travis Perkins Northfleet

Order was received incomplete. Trying to pass off scrap material buried within the bulk of an order is underhanded and dishonest. All in all I would describe this experience as very below average.

. Happy days first 2 orders turned up on said day. Third order nothing called Northfleet staff there were so good order was lost in the system. Well done lads and lasses at Northfleet sorted out over the phone, got another delivery slot, And guess what it turned up delivery day 7.30 very happy. Good quality wood and fixings well pleased

I visited Travis perkins Northfleet and I was extremely disappointed by the language I heard in the shop and in the yard. I will be taking my custom else where in future.

I would like to thank Tony whittham who works at this store. I was recently burgled and he found my bag with my belongings. He went out of his way to find me on social media and I now have this back. We are so very grateful. It's good to know that there are good people out there 😊

Excellent Service.
I have purchased from the Northfleet branch on three separate visits, on each occasion the service has been outstanding. First visit, Alfie, helped with loading, without prompt plus with a smile. Second visit, Courtney gave great advice has excellent knowledge and clearly likes to help others. Third visit, Carly could not do enough to supply me with products which were best for the works required.
The manager was clearly delighted with the feedback.

Don't use Travis Perkins much as they are over priced on materials IMHO....however was sent there today to collect materials (ordered by the client) that were ordered and paid for over the phone.
When I arrived to collect they hadno 11mm OSB even though computer said YES.... so had to settle for 18mm. Then waited for ages for system to update the now new order.
STAFF EXCEPTIONAL....
COMPANY WELL BELOW WHAT I EXPECTED and my expectations were high in the first place.

Had to get some treated wood but thay didn't have what I needed but the friendly staff managed to salt out some untreated wood at same size that I was looking for so I could finish the job all I hade to do was treated it my self before fitting it and pay a little more for it but got job done would have gave 5 star's but lost a star's for price off wood
