The worst customer service and the most lazy people that I could see in a shop , they ignore you and they can not even start there forklift for 15 bags of gravel you supposed to load them yourself then go to counter then load them again in your van when would been more easy just to bring the forklift for a few meters

Very bad service. There seems to be a lack of respect or customer service in this branch. I believe there also a racist problem with some of their Eastern European staff.

I had some issues in store with some members of staff. The main store manager Andy got involved and resolved the issue immediately. He was very helpful and understanding and apologised multiple times about the service I had received. This man is an asset to this organisation. He is very professional and provide exemplary customer service. He genuinely wanted to help and restore my faith in SELCO. Thanks

Despite showing a delivery availability of Thursday, I was informed that my delivery could not be made until Monday. This is the third consecutive week where I have had this. The delivery day seems to change when they see who it is. Very appalled at this attitude,band will be taking my business elsewhere.
