Staff hear are really thick!!! So unhelpful, want in just before closing and everybody just wanted to get out the door. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you need a helping hand!

Decent stock and helpful staff at a reasonable price

Excellent service from all the staff, especially the branch manager Lewis. Nothing is ever to much trouble. I will continue to use Jewsons & always recommend them to others.

Very very very poor service. 4 people there.
2 sitting at the desks 1 putting on make-up of something 1 making coffee. No acknowledgement for close on 7 minutes till I started pipping up for service.

The hotel and staff was absolutely awful, I wouldn't stay here again, and as for you customer services maybe if they answered the phone it would help.
As someone who stays in premier inns for work all week and every week I know what to expect and this venue was appalling,
I like my money back if you ever get round to answering the phone please.
