Travis Perkins Milnthorpe

Ordered 4 ton of sand and 2 ton of 10mm limestone to be delivered for a floor we were doing on a Saturday. Delivered Friday but didn't have 4 ton of sand in, so only delivered 3 ton. Never rung to inform me of the missing sand. I did explain when ordering that I needed it all for a Saturday job.
Luckily we had taken the large van, so had to collect a ton from Kendal branch 1.5hr round trip.
Again without contacting me delivered the missing ton the following Tuesday. Didn't contact me again regarding the refund, had to chase.
Now they have to collect the sand they dropped and refund me.
Like most Travis Perkins branch's customer services is very poor.

The staff are friendly and between them all have a good knowledge of there products in house aswell as off base.
They are all very willing to help and occasionally go the extra mile.

Great builders merchants for the professional and diy builders. Staff have a great product knowledge and are very helpfully with advice.

Very nice chap in the timber yard and counter chap was helpful and pleasant.

So friendly and really helpful. Shall be buying everything I need in future from here.
