Travis Perkins Bridgwater

What a polite bunch of helpful people! I needed a lot of materials and arrived with my own transport. The guys not only beat the prices of every other supplier but also loaded my van for me. I will definitely be making this my go to place for all my building material needs in the future.Thanks guys!

Went to Travis Perkins to view and hopefully purchase garden chippings and slabs. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and i was'nt pushed to buy the the most expensive items. They took the time to explain the difference between certain slabs and advised me on the different sizes of the chippings.
They treated me with respect and not "the little lady who knows nothing"
I am really pleased with my purchases and will certainly use them again.
Well done to the staff at the Bridgwater store.

If you want to live a bad experience hire a tool from them, You can see the difference between anyone else and them. If you leave a deposit forget about it, you will never get it back, Travis Perkins name is getting damaged in Bridgwater

0 stars not available. I'm not a complainer but what a poor experience. Ordered materials on line. Only pickup was in Bridgwater although there is a Taunton Branch. Spent half an hour driving around because the website hasn't been updated when the depot moved 3 years ago so I was looking in the wrong location. On arrival I waited to be helped with the collection note and when I asked if there was anyone who could help, was shouted at by the very aggressive forklift driver in the yard and told if I have a problem with his attitude I could go to the office and complain there. A great way to treat a customer (now ex customer) I was eventually helped by someone else who explained the item had just been delivered and wasn't already there in stock. So why did I have to drive to Bridgwater when it could have been delivered to Taunton? Will never use again.
