The shop in the centre of Llandovery is great. The staff are really helpful and can't do enough for you. It's a shame the staff in the yard aren't as good. They can't be bothered to help you and everything seems like it's too much trouble. Will not go to the yard again.

What a rude man answering the telephone on the front desk, his first few words contained the f word not aimed at me but, someone else working there. First impressions count, not very helpful either

Great company to deal with. The lads at the yard are always helpful as are the ladies and gents in the shop in town
