Leekes Building Centre

This place is fine - IF you get served on the first floor department. The staff manning the ground floor cash registers clearly hate dealing with the public and/or their jobs. Barely a please or a thank you and are only too quick to point out a customer's lack of knowledge about the products they sell. I prefer to pick a product then make the long walk upstairs to pay as the staff upstairs are far more congenial and friendly. Very overpriced as a whole though I must say.

I can’t praise all the staff at Leekes Tonypandy enough. Darren & Kerion in the office, all the girls that take the payments at the checkout and Ty and the lads in the yard.
I always have a reply/help to questions I ask and had help in the yard when collecting goods-you only have to ask and be patient if they are busy which they usually are !!!
Steve and Ken on the lorries are so helpful when I have goods delivered !!!
Always great service and support and In these difficult times and they have all gone over and above what could be expected of them

Very polite and helpful people, rate as the cheapest building merchants in the valleys.

This is a small leekes by comparison with other branches. This was their first store started all from a small shop near Tonypandy. Good selection of paint and brushes etc upstairs. Downstairs there is a trade desk and tools screws all sorts of fittings for plumbing electrics etc. Also the yard for wood, sand, cement . Free parking.

Bought some squirtin and pencil round found staff to be very helpful and friendly and was able to have the exact amount that I needed would recommend this store over and over

Staff in yard helpfull, bit pricey...but overall OK. Opened an account no my first visit easy to do .But will only use this place when I'm in the area .

If you need it for a D.I.Y task.or a bigger project, theae guys will have it and good prices to boot.
They have an in house cutting service for getting your wood to the correct size, saves the need for big cutting tools.
The staff are always happy to help and they serve the trade aswell.
