Stock a great range of products and if it isn't in store they'll order it for you ASAP. Great location for us we are always around the City Centre. Always helpful via the phone or in person, service with a smile (ask for Tommy) and most importantly and good cup of tea!

I emailed Robert Price for a quote on hardboard boards. I had a quote back within the hour (I requested quote before shop opened hence the delay). My query was dealt with by Chris (won’t post surname) whom kindly dealt with my query, gave me all payment options with included paying by BACS which was easier for me as I didn’t really want to waddle down to the Swansea branch with my pregnancy belly.
BACS payment was confirmed by the company within 20 minutes of payment being made. And Chris has said a courtesy phone call will be given to me 30 mins before delivery (which is tomorrow).
The entire transaction has been stress free and easy. You can imagine how easily pregnant women can get stressed over the little details, no stress involved here at all. They have been fantastic start to finish. Great communication.

Bonus.... I didnt tell Robert Price, but i has priced this flooring up in other companies (but their flooring was 3mm thick and the flooring at Robert Price is 3.2mm thick so getting more for your money), not only is the floor slightly thicker at Robert Price, but the over all cost of the flooring including delivery was cheaper that the other companies by almost £10, I know that don’t sound like much but that’s another outfit to can buy ready for baby.
All I can say is excellent value for money and absolutely fantastic customer service. Thank you Chris

I have to write to Thank the Staff at the Swansea Branch of Robert Price for their outstanding help especially during these challenging times.
We are project managing our extension and the sales staff have been professional and courteous every step of the way and nothing has been to much trouble.
Tonight because we had under-ordered insulation boards the Manager Steve Wright delivered them personally on his way home ready for plumbers to start tomorrow.

I’ve been dealing with Chris Cann at Robert Price over the last few weeks and his customer service has been second to none!! I honestly must of spoken to this guy close to 20 times, and every time he has been courteous & helpful. We had a few hiccups where company’s had delivered slabs for our patio and we couldn’t get a skip then to fit on our drive, Robert Price came and moved it for us without any fuss and with no charge. We then ordered too much builders sand as a quote we had from a company lied to us about how much we needed, Robert Price came back again to collect it, no fuss and refunded us in full!! I will be recommending them to everyone I know if they ever need building materials, and will always return to them in future. Can’t praise them enough, if only everyone had customer service skills of the same level! Thanks again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I Rang Robert Price for a quotation on various products for my extension, I dealt with Bev who was outstanding from start to finish in sourcing my materials on a large order and was able to turn around for delivery 2 days later.
Bev’s communication was faultless and even rang me on the morning of the delivery with a time so I wasn’t hanging around.
The price I paid was extremely competitive and the customer service was outstanding,

Tried to get roof tiles from several builders merchants but what l was told to ask for by my roofer just seemed to confuse the assistants. Thankfully l rang Robert Price & was lucky enough to speak to Steve Wright & he was so patient & took time to try & get the correct tiles. He told me the exactly what l needed to ask my roofer but in the end when l suggested taking some photos he even gave me his mobile number so l could send them easier via Whatsapp. Once he had the photos he was able to tell me what l required & then ordered the tiles, which l hasten to add didnt sound anything like my roofer had told me! Excellent customer service & just a shame there aren't more people working in shops like Steve.

Excellent service. One of their employees, Steve, went the extra mile for helping out with a building project for my son. Very friendly and highly recommended.
