MKM Building Supplies Burnley

Absolutely disgusted. Placed an order on Saturday for collection Monday morning, was advised items in stock and would be reserved. Went to collect first thing Monday payment was taken in full, then advised oh sorry they've all gone may have some tomorrow not sure. Got a builder coming. Thanks for nothing MKM. Had to give 1 star or I couldn't post review. But would give minus if I could.

What a superb builders merchants. Huge yard and showrooms containing everything you could possibly need. Timber, building materials, landscaping materials, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and more. All the staff are so friendly and helpful - ready to give advice and tips. There is even a drinks machine for free drinks whole you're browsing and ordering! For large amounts all deliveries are free and we often ordered in the morning for them to deliver in the afternoon - fantastic service. Anything not currently in stock they will source for you too. Simply can't beat it.

Customer has ordered a kitchen from here and I wish I could give it minus stars ... been fitting kitchens for 11 years and this is the worst kitchen i have ever seen , prebuilt units flimsy and falling apart straight out of packaging , items missing off delivery and wrong items also delivered, design has been done by someone who has never designed a kitchen in their life as it purely just doesn't make sense and you can get as much sense of the customer service as you would a 2 year old child ... avoid at all costs

Really helpful staff, delivery drivers are great and delivery is always really fast. Great range of building materials at good prices. Highly recommend.

We had been told about the quality of the kitchens by our joiner. We were not disappointed. Shaun designed and walked us through the units, work tops and appliances. We are very close to purchasing. Excellent service and quality.

Excellent customer service, from top management , when making enquiries.I collected my pre ordered item , service was great throughout from front desk to yard staff who dealt with my order in a very smart and pleasant manner.

Great stock indoors and out, with a huge yard. open very early 7am during the week with staff at hand for advise. Good prices but you have to ask or use the website...
