Nice experience in this toolstation. Met Karise I think her name is. Excellent service.

I've ordered stuff online for click and collect a couple of times and found it to be easy and efficient and the prices are competitive. Their early open and late closing business hours are an added bonus.

It is the second time they treated me with no respect and bad attitude from the moment I said hi. No will to help. And just because I ask for a different product he said "what is wrong with these ppl!" With an angry face. I was polite the entire time so I could get what I needed. This guy is called John. The kid I don't know the name, I didn't get that same disrespect but also a bad attitude.
They expect you to get the book find the product you need and get them the code. As they don't want to help or give advise as in any other normal store.

Always there to help give you the best information and also help where needed with ideas and best way of doing stuff

It's a shop not a station but does sell tools. V reasonable and usually well stocked. Online as well. Account beneficial.

They have the worst service considering to delivery , you can’t rely to the delivery date they will give you !!!

Staff is very disgusting, not helpful at all. Even they they don't want to answer if u ask anything.

Very efficient click and collect service. Open from 7:00AM till 8:00PM and competitive. My favourite hardware retailer 🌟

Now, as for service, I'd give it 2 stars. I don't find the staff knowledgeable in any of my sales transactions which have been several... They seem unable to make recommendations on products or impart advice, other than carrying out the relatively simply function of serving at the till. This is disappointing. 🫤😕👎🏼
