Most building trade-related work demands a constant source of materials, tools-supplies you name it, and rely on, to get the job done. Properly. Toolstation, whenever i need stuff, is usually where i head first. Whatever i need, the chances are that they will have it, in stock too, great! But better still, from day one (some years ago now! ), the service has been just superb 'A CUT ABOVE' and is still as professional & impressive today as ever! Staff have always been very friendly and helpful, but they have excelled themselves during these difficult times! The store has been a great help for us to get the necessities we’ve needed.
In addition, if I’ve ever needed advise on what would be best for me I have known that I can trust their product knowledge. More recently, I have been served by Chris quite a few times and he has been excellent and very professional!

Used them for the first time today and was very happy with the service. Staff were friendly and helpful. I used the click and collect service and was impressed at how quickly I got the message to advise my item was ready to collect and when I got there it was good to go straight away. Will happily shop with them again.

Trying to source tools during the current lockdown couldn't have been easier using this branch. Click and collect to the store via the website was faultless and social distancing was taken seriously, with waiting points for queuing customers making it simple to follow the rules. Items were left in a bucket to collect whilst the staff member moved away. Fantastic service.

Great service - working on a car and ran into an issue that required tools i did not have. Ordered them online, Items got picked straight away - order was ready to collect within 5 minutes. Collected my order from Chris at the desk who was very polite, friendly and helpful when i asked about other items. I will be using the store again.

Went to buy a door handle as my mate had snapped there on back door and couldn’t get into house wasn’t sure what I needed so ask a lady that had just started working there she was super helpful and got one what I needed and help me find another product as well I didn’t get her name but would like to thank her again for making everything so easy for me I will continue using tool station again and again as always have everything I need and always helpful thank you to all the staff
