Ordered 3x 47kg gas bottles (as I have done as a longstanding client over many years) on 7 December 2017. Still no delivery and no message from them. When I rang, the clever answer was "How can we deliver when we have had no delivery?" Is this just you or is it industry-wide? "I don't know, I have better things to do with my time". Like not delivering gas and not bothering to contact the client and not flagging that they are incapable on their website.

My husband is a TRANSPLANT RECIPIENT. I ordered my gas 1 week in advance. No delivery today. no call to enable me to source urgent supplies from elsewhere. MR HOGGINS the Director of this company couldnt have cared less..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SEE THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS... ITS NOT JUST ME !!!!!!!

They are an appalling business. Terrible customer service. Unhelpful staff over the phone. This time we requested urgent oil and 9 days later and still no delivery. Despite confirming 2 delivery dates. No explanation given, no phone call. It isn’t a one off, as it has happened with our previous 2 oils deliveries and logs. Terrible terrible terrible. What a shame, they have lost a customer for oil, logs, and fuel.

Ordered a pickup load of 'well seasoned' hardwood logs. They were delivered quickly, and value wise it seems like a good volume for the price paid. They're also nicely split and of a consistent size and length. So far so good.

My delivery has now been sat under a canopy for 20 days. With the temperatures dropping I took some moisture readings yesterday and was disappointed to find that the lowest reading I saw was 25% with a lot of logs reading 30-40%. Well seasoned they are not. I'll have to source another load elsewhere for this year.

What a great place.

Visited yesterday for first time even though lived in area for many many years and kids loved it.

Loved stroking the horses and donkeys and feeding them bits of grass they pulled from the floor.

Also has a nice little cafe to sit and warm up after you've been outside and the best bit.

One of the last remaining countryside related suppliers in the area. Has a great stock of most important essentials like timber, household fuels, ironmongery sundries along with select animal feed and horticultural supplies. Helpful staff good delivery system good price job done.

The service was excellent and the assistant was able to tell us which was the best compost to buy. He was extremely polite and knew his job. Name on receipt was Paul.

Do not buy wood from here its not seasoned properly. Even Chuck Norris couldn't start a fire with this wood. The moisture content is 55%. Its wetter than the owners p*ssy.
