Toolstation Brentford

I love this place. I’m doing a full house renovation and I go in nearly everyday. They know me now. Friendly guys and speedy process. Bit of chat too. What more can you want.
They even help carry my heavy plaster and screed to the car. Screw fix never do this and watch me struggle as a middle aged woman.

I rushed down to my local Toolstation to grab a bag of bolts before the store closed. I arrived with 5 minutes to spare, only to find that I'd left the house with no cash, card or phone to pay for the goods. When I explained my predicament to Mandeep and Damien who were on duty, Damien put the items through the till, then Mandeep whipped out his phone and paid for the stuff out of his own pocket! Now that's what I call customer service!

I was just about to order a couple of power tools while I was at it, but unfortunately, the store closed right at that moment. Nevertheless, I was able to get the job done.

Very helpful staff here. I ordered a heavy toilet online. On the collection day I asked if they can take it to my car. The staff not only took it to my car, he also helped me put it in the boot.

Very poor service I’ve put a lot of trade there was with my company and the staff definitely need to get a grip with manners .to there customers . will definitely not be using them again and will be closing my account unprofessional staff that need to learn how to speak to people
