Toolstation Southall

I have become a regular feature in this store for a few reasons.
Customer service is top notch. Ella served me a few times she is upbeat, attentive and everything is done in timely manner.
Products and pricing are very competitive. I am hunter for a good deal and in Toolstation i always find my prey.

Stopped into the branch this evening to buy some plumbing parts and service was fast, friendly and hassle free unlike Screwfix. Was served by ethan and lloyd and they went above and beyond, thank you gents!

Excellent staff, great service and made us as customers feel comfortable in the store. Ethan, Lloyd, Sarah, Rohit & Mich.

Always order before arrival save time price is about 5% cheaper then screwfix, and always tell on checkout which item is not available in store.
