Extremely satisfied with the service from this company. The advice and support provided by Joe was incredibly useful which set my mind at peace when ordering skirting boards and archives for my house.

We ordered pre-painted MDF skirting and finished Bullnosed Window Board Oak. Both arrived in good time, in good condition and were perfect for what we had in mind. The price seemed right for what we ordered and their service was always responsive to our initial enquiries and follow-up. A happy customer who recommends Meters Direct highly.

Metres Direct were brilliant. They were very accommodating when we changed the delivery dates several times due to building work delays. They also phoned me in advance to double check whether I had meant to order primed skirting board rather than unprimed due to the size of the order (I'm glad they did as they were right and I had made a mistake!). Really friendly and quick service too. We would definitely order from them again!

I did a fair bit of surfing looking for what I felt was the best deal.

I have now made two orders from Metres Direct. Only small orders as just buying as I need it due to no storage space.

The quality of the skirting is fabulous. Having a choice of primed or not primed is genius.

In my second order, which was more skirting and a 3m window sill, was made and delivered in under a week. Ordered late Friday, so doubt anything done till Monday, and here I am with it delivered on the fourth working day from my initial order.

And believe it or not, it gets even better....

The courier, Tuffnells, on both occasions where excellent, and today Paul (Tuffnells Driver), arrived when I was out. My Wife was home, and no way could she have lifted or moved it. Paul did exactly as my wife asked, no quibbles, and left it as tidy as he could have.

I have had couriers from other suppliers who were no where near as good as the Tuffnell driver(s) I have had deliver to me.

And at some point I'm going to need an internal door or two. I think I may just use their sister company..... if only I could remember their name.

I’ve used Metres Direct twice now for skirting for a renovation and both times have been very happy with the product and the customer service - even when the delivery company were late with my order, MD were really helpful.

I recently bought several lengths of the 170mm MDF Victorian skirting. The product is a perfect compliment to the living room of my 1890's terrace.
When I had some questions after the install, sales manager Joseph was very prompt, efficient and friendly in his reply.
