Toolstation Burgess Hill

Always had a good experience at ToolStation Burgess Hill with really polite, friendly and quick staff. Unfortunately, today, I went to collect an order and was greeted by a staff member who seemed as though the only thing he wanted to be doing was not serving customers. He spoke no fewer than 2 words to me - both of which were barking "Name?". He then went to get my order - can't fault him for his speed and efficiency - before shoving my order across the counter and then walking away. I guess this bit annoyed me the most as I actually wanted to ask him for his help in finding something else but I decided that I would come back another time. I hope he was just having a bad day, but unfortunately cast a shadow after what has always been a good experience.

Purchased some new lamps for my kitchen, they were a difficult size, but Cemeron prevailed!

If you don't already use Toolstation for buying your tools, building materials, and general maintenance stuff, you really should. The value is great and the returns policy is fantastic. On top of that, the team at Burgess Hill Toolstation is simply amazing &
second to none - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, & funny.! The premises is slightly larger than average (I think) and there's adequate parking. I can't recommend it too highly. It's my go-to place. Five stars!

Very nice staff! easy and efficient. Staff made it very easy to meet the requirements and order I placed. Pleased with the measures in place and how well it was carried out by staff following correct procedures. Overall an excellent experience. Will be back.

Your first stop should be this Toolstation. Was looking for a sink part at the end of May. Other large DIY stores nearby had huge queues outside and basically looked terrible. A quick stop at Toolstation, no queue, excellent service all in 5 minutes. Thank You.

Very good stock levels. I usually order on line and collect in store a pretty seamless process. This time I just went in an asked for an item, it was in stock processed and I was walking out in under 5 minutes. Staff are always helpful if they don't know someone else there will!
