Looks like the staff in warehouse are slipping… first ordering 10 x beaker chisel and received 10 x door handles, went back to my locally branch and return the handles then rebook delivery for my 9 x chisels for now because on time one it’s sold, today I have received only 4 chisels rather then 9….. I have to go back to my locally branch to short it out….. REALLY

Toolstation advertise fake delivery times. Telling you to order within a certain amount of time for next day delivery. It's fake.

Flo from Toolstation social team advised me the following:

I understand your frustration however the next business day delivery is not guaranteed. Most of our orders are delivered on time, but there can be unforseen delays so we do not guarantee it. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Flo.

But yet when you order most items it always says... Order in the next 5 mins to receive your item by 6pm Thursday 1st September.

Ordered items to be delivered next day, still not arrived 2 days later, tried to contact them but put on hold for 6mins then told I was 46 in queue. Tried the chat and was told she had no idea when the delivery was arriving. Email form says up to 7 days for a response. Very difficult to contact head office, will never use them again

What can you say, reliability most stuff in stock good returns. Opens early and closes late so not a problem if working.

Toolstation is friendly and have a wide range of products for every little job that needs doing .

Worst place to work!!! They treat you very poorly and for being the head office it is run primarily by children. The pay rate an hour is very low for what they expect you to do per shift. They shout at you for no reason. The hygiene during COVID was a joke. The place is covered in dust and no matter how many COVID cases they got they would not do a deep clean to prevent spread. Would never work here again!!!!!

Placed an order online and 4 days later, after 3 phone calls, still nothing showing in tracking, no returned phone calls with an update as promised and I had to ask for a refund. For a company with a big name the service I received was shocking. No apology no good will gesture absolutely nothing
