The Ridgeon Group seems to have a problem with communications including, for example, not giving a contact phone number on their website. Thank goodness for PAYPAL, otherwise I'd never have traced two purchases that were from one of Ridgeons' subsidiary companies - but billed on our bank statement under the name of Ridgeons!

This is the second review within a week. I cannot fault this Company with its Customer Service, all the way through from the Yard and Sales Staff to the Delivery Operatives. Always very friendly and proactive. Sarah goes that extra mile. Also great competitive prices and next day delivery - who could ask for more ! Keep it up.

Anglia tools has now moved in upstairs at Ridgeons, two fellas who work in there are amazing, not just you usual semi knowledgeable tool shop, they have full knowledge on what they sell, and sell you what you need! Super helpful, couldn't rate this place any higher! Service and range supercedes any other tool shop!

So I always go to Ridgeons for skirting board and other timber as they would cut the boards up so they'd fit in my van or if I knew the right sizes they'd cut it to fit...... Long story short they don't have the big bench at the back to cut down the wood anymore, I was handed a saw last time I went, I'll most likely go elsewhere now.
I would have given them 5 stars previously but it's really put me off.

Really good store. We had an issue with a damaged window which happened in transit. We popped the window back and they swapped it for a new one with no issues. Sarah was an amazing help and even helped my open an account for my thriving roofing business. 5 star store 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I didn't go to ridgeons, I was working at Anglian water. I saw ridgeons. It was still standing so 5 stars
