Brilliant service from these guys. Easy ordering, delivered exactly when they said, delivery driver went out of his way to help. As a 'non builder' just doing some bits around the home, I would very highly recommend them.

Hi, may I please thank the delivery driver and the team at Nye's for the excellent service today. I had an 800kg bag of shingle delivered and I wrote a quick note on the order, that if possible, could it be lifted over our hedge onto our garden where i was doing my work. I asked but wasn’t sure if that would actually happen. I am so impressed that the guys saw the note and even more, did their best to make it happen. I wasn’t there but just watched the delivery on the security camera and the delivery man was brilliant, reversed a big lorry into the drive, and hoisted over the hedge perfectly. What impressed me most was that they bothered, they cared and went there, when other would probably just dump it anywhere and run ! Thank you for your excellence today. You have earnt a loyal customer in me. Very pleased.

A great independent builders merchants. A brand new yard full of all the building materials you would/could require. Very friendly staff in the main building and attentive staff out in the yard.

Nye's is a very good family run business. I have worked for them for 9 months and the bosses are all very good people. The shop staff always will try get other products in which are not usually stocked as specials for the customers. The yard staff are very friendly and professional in what they do and the drivers will always go out of their way to assist in anyway possible.

My experience wasn't great. Ordered some filler and they sent me the wrong one. They replaced it with the right product but it was 2 months out of date. I asked for a refund but was ignored. Won't be using them again.
