despite let down by Parcelforce.
I contacted Paulls to order coir marquee matting for a party in 48hrs. This was all confirmed with delivery via Parcelforce. Unfortunately Parcelforce messed up the delivery and missed the party.
Great communication with Dan at Paulls throughout and received a refund within an hour of rejecting the Parcelforce delivery.
So can't comment on the product, but 5 out of 5 for customer service!
Great service; great delivery and the coir mat is cut perfectly to size and far better quality than my previous mat.
