Always good service and very quick and easy pickup when ordering online to collect in store.

Excellent service i like tool station all the staf are very helpful everytime i visit

Probably use at least once a week if not more, usually have stock in and plenty of equipment for most projects, staff are good too

Helpful staff, persisted in looking for item even after it was not where it was supposed to be and found it eventually. Also suggest alternative item to one they didn't have. Great prices too.

Click and collect. Everything i ordered was in stock. No queues and staff were great too plus I got a voucher for money off next purchase

Excellent shop in a great location to the east of Exeter. Always happy chaps and spend time to go the extra mile to assist with your purchases. Jim the manager is a really nice chap and happy to help if there's an issue. Special shout out to Adam, Kevin, Jimmy and Chris, who are always happy to help even just before closing, which is when I often call in on my way home from work 😉🙄😊
If only all builders merchants could learn a thing or too about customer service!
Having the prices available is also a massive plus and being able to see the different size options, (via a drop down box) , of numerous items, whilst searching on a specific product is also extremely handy.

Great location for this branch, right next to B&Q if you can’t find quite everything you need. Jimmy and Kev even gave me a hand getting a particularly heavy order to my car! What a nice bunch :)
