Toolstation Woking Kestrel Way

Toolstation does not sell the manufacturers tools that come up on its website search. Instead it then brings up other manufacturer similar tools. If I wanted them I would have searched for them. Trying to speak to an actual person is almost impossible. I will not be using this website or company again.

Checked online and paint was in stock. Arrived at the branch to be told there’s non available. No apology. No assistance. Not interested. Told to go to another branch. I left and went to Screwfix where I received a much better service.

I've just been served by the most arrogant and rude customer service rep I've probably ever come across. We use toolstation regularly but will more than likely reconsider given the shocking level of service received. The guys name is Andy.

Ordered my item previous day, got a text the next morning. Went to store,order ready. Simple as that. Lady at the counter was very friendly and smiley.

I love this place spend an absolute fortune for work but I wouldn't go anywhere else the staff in here know there stuff very polite very friendly and go out of there way to get you what you want.. Highly recomended. Only downfall is when they can't get something you really can't get it for a good few weeks.

Was served by the older guy. Some of the worst manners I’ve experienced on two occasions. I was embarrassed for him. That aside both trips were wasted as ordered online for pick up but not actually in stock.

I don't really like to shop from this store but if MATT W was running this place as he's really polite, helpful and has people skills, I would definitely choose this store than anywhere else

Took a while to get a good team in a new branch , but seem to have got there now
