4 Yard staff stood in a group talking, they saw me waiting for help loading some bags of grit, carried on talking didn't offer to help, I managed to load them in my car boot myself. A struggle for a 77 year old female. Disgraceful attitude and service.

I've used this supplier before for various odds and ends and went again to select some stone and block paving for a patio. Superb assistance and help from the 'outdoor' staff (Gill & Paul). Gill took time to show me options from the large selection in the yard and help select the best matches etc. Free brochures and some samples too to take home to check with the missus. I've ordered my materials now and as I've limited space they will pick it and store it all for a month or so until I need it when it will be delivered for free! Fantastic service!!

I had purchased all materials for my new patio from Sydenhams and they have been absolutely brilliant. From popping in to ask questions, obtaining advice, ordering materials, delivery, quality of goods through to returning unused materials, they have been excellent! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sydenhams to others or use again myself in the future.
