Placed a fairly large order for timber decking on Tuesday. Received a phone call within 15 minutes of ordering to book delivery for Thursday. One item was unavailable so offered an alternative free of charge . Delivery took place and all items were present and correct . Couldn't be more pleased with the service received

Found exactly what I wanted at a really competitive price. Oz in the yard was really helpful loading into the car even though he was rushed off his feet.

have an account with bradfords for 20+ years have never been spoken to in such a disgusting manner the staff member that served me in the yard has clearly no manners will not go back to this branch ever again.

If I could give them 0 ,I would I was there fist trade customer in wsm but they decided not to trade with me after was late paying an account after a query and announcing on an email shame but not bothered now did hurt a bit at the time

I am a cleaner there and love the staff, probably the only reason I work there. They are very helpful and even give you a snack and a coffee when you come to shop.

It's two sites, nearby to each other which is a tad confusing but they had what I wanted and the chap who served me was really helpful so I think 4 stars is pretty fair. Well done Bradfords 👏
