Toolstation Swadlincote

Struggled to find somewhere to help me find the correct blank end fitting for mocrobore 10mm flexi pipe. My son went to Toolstation for me and he says one of the guys there couldn't do enough to help him. Absolutely perfect fitting!! Thank you so much for your help. We have said that in future because of this experience Toolstation will be the first place we try. 10 out of 10!!

Good selection of products, friendly and helpful staff and the possibility of ordering online and collection from the shops.

For a DIY guy like me, this is my "go to" place. It has 99% of anything I am looking for. Also very helpfull and friendly.

Always had good service but todays order was bodged.
One item missing when I checked, so they hunted round the shop and a staff member must have found the item and added it back into stock. Got that one sorted. Then get home realise another item was incorrectly supplied so back to the shop and thankfully what I’d ordered was on the shelf.
Through all of this there was actually no apologies not even a smidge of a sorry.

Moral of this story always check your order BEFORE you leave!

Buyer for a small Joinery company. I will always use Toolstation if I can. There range of screws are great, great price and great quality. There multi tool blades are fantastic. So overall great products. Service is fantastic. Quick response from the store after doing a click and collect order. The order is always ready when you arrive at the store, no need to wait around.

I love Toolstation and this branch is particularly brilliant. There is plenty of parking and the location is convenient for Stapenhill, Newhall and Swadlincote, just a few minutes off the A444. The staff are always friendly, quick and efficient. The prices are excellent and the click and collect is usually ready in under an hour, often 20 minutes. ++++
