Stood and waited for 10 waiting to be served, one person serving who was busy with a customer , it took 3 attempts of ringing for assistance before someone else turned up (voices could clearly be heard in the back). When I did get served I was done within a minute.

Sam at the Barrow in Furness store was so helpful and friendly. I wasn't sure which product I needed and she got some of the stock so I could see it at the till before deciding what would be best for the job. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning again. A very happy customer 🙂

Better than the spot next door, always had what I wanted in stock and have also replaced or refunded and faulty power tools without any problem

Have decorated my son’s bedroom and with the outstanding service received from a young man named Jay, it has made the experience a lot easier. In fact, all staff here were fabulous, especially in these difficult times, all going to work while we stay at home to decorate. Highly recommend.
