Helpful and efficient service. I ordered a product online for click and collect but needed an additional item to accompany it and was unsure on which to buy. The gents in store were very helpful (one was named Dan) and assisted me to get the correct stuff. Very quick to process orders for click and collect on each occasion I have used them.

Popped in yesterday to pick up some worktop oil I'd ordered. I'd forgotten to order a brush, but Chris, the nice lad behind the counter, said "No problem!" And helped me select the correct brush for the job.

Great service, easy to order and pick up, and very quick. I would highly recommend them.

Just been to this toolstation for the first time, I must say I am very impressed. They are clearly following safety guidelines to protect their customers. Super helpful, friendly and polite and carried my purchase to the car for me as it was heavy. I will definitely recommend them and shop here again.

Called in to buy a lock, but sadly the one I needed they didn't have.

Biggest problem with toolstation it has one item or nothing at all..example one gate hinge ...one door handle it's the same at every store 🙄 every time they say we can get it tomorrow..it's 24 miles round trip from my home and to do it again is madness ??? Please stock your units or don't bother putting them up for sale it wastes my time and other customers time..rethink your strategy the amount time's I have walked out with nothing I have lost count. That includes customers in front of me to..kind regards
