They always have what I need and if they don't I can always order it online and collect it the next day, prices are fair and what you would expect for the tools and materials and aren't over priced. Staff are always willing to help as best they can and always welcoming and pleasant. Only con I can think of is if it's busy parking can be a bit difficult as it's limited

Customer service is shocking. After waiting 30mins on the phone they told me they could not access the system and was unable to help me? Needed 4 down lights and had 3 in one store and 1 in another. Rather than just delivering them or even sending them to the same store for me to collect, instead wanted me to travel from one store to another. The women on the phone was most unhelpful and in her words "the bloody computer wont let me" avoid if your looking for any staff assistance.

Every time you go to Bangor store there's something not available even cable ties ,Staff are very helpful, screwfix is at Same complex and has everything

Always had good, punctual service, whenever I have purchased goods from here, never had any issues.

Utterly atrocious service.

Drove over 45 mins to collect an impact driver as they don't give an option for delivery on this item for some reason, to be told after about ten minutes of waiting by the incompetent staff member couldn't find the item I wanted to purchase. Even though they knew they had 4 in stock!

@Toolstation time to hire staff that are fit for purpose.
