GAP Ltd: Aberdare Depot

Hi. This shouldn't be a 1 star to. I had 11 windows and 2 door from you within a year. And put in by a Window fit that did 't a brilliant job for us. He had the window and doors from your company.
For over a year my front door I can't get in or out of which is disgraceful from your company. The door lock is wrong for one started there is the wrong mechanism in the door which have come from the manufacturers. And the door is bowing like a boomerang. And to find out that the door I got have been discontinued because they have been having trouble with the door. That they didn't say before I ordered it.
We have kept on about it to the company and they keep on saying it is on is away. I think it is to long now. so this is why I am put this on here. I phoned the company myself and they wouldn't speak to me when I have bought my doors and windows from you. And they say you get a guarantee with it but by the looks at it guarantee don't mean a thing. So this time I want answers which I have all ready spoken to legal advice. Sharon bowler

I brought a ultimate rock door from the aberdare store where Matthew works,
A few months afterwards the door and bowed
I spoken to a lot of people in gap regarding the bowed door,
The just responded it was intolerance and ignored questions and more emails,
The service from gap I had received was shocking!

I continued to pop down to the store to speak to Matthew, he came round to check the door himself ( AFTER WORK HOURS) which gap doesn’t do during work hours,
two weeks after Mathew had shown up to look at the door there was a new one on order!
Over 9 months I had waited and the customer support provided by Matthew was brilliant,

Massively help full service quality windows and upvc customer service skills also revive by Mathew on phone where second to none.. thanks again GAP highly recommend

Aberdare Depot are very unreliable, impossible to get hold of by telephone and email. Spoke to company's main customer service representative and told they have not fulfilled online delivery orders on many occasions, was given a full refund.

Had the misfortune of having abuse shouted at me by one of your staff today. Hope he doesn’t represent all of your staff!

The Aberdare branch is terrible, they say open at 8am!! It was 9.15am before the doors opened, they don't answer calls or emails, they don't deliver on the day they were supposed to. It took 4 calls to the Lancashire main head office to get any information. I will definitely never buy from them again.
