Terrible customer service. The person I spoke with was condersending and rude. I found this infuriating as I had my 4 year old son with me and was asking after we left why that man was so horrible. Will definitely not be going back. Not only was the service terrible but so was the timber that I bought. I got it home only to find large cracks throughout much of which I couldn't use.

Very un helpful boy on till couldn't understand 3 measurements I give him. Only needed 3 pieces of wood. Should have known better while I was waiting to be served he was struggling to operate a printer. But he did say to his colleague he knows how to use an ipad.

Would never use this builders merchants again. Placed an order told it would come Thursday, rang Thursday evening to be told it would be delivered Friday maybe Saturday. Rung Friday to be told it would be delivered the following Monday maybe Tuesday.... once again rung on Monday to have it delivered Tuesday. Once delivery came several items were missing or broke, contacted them and were told that if we wanted the rest of the delivery that we would have to get it from them ourselves. Moral of the story.....go elsewhere.

Always struggle to get the prices I need compared to other suppliers on my products.

Jon is great try his best lads in the yard are hide and seek champions. Took me 20 mins to find 1 recently
