I have been to this store on a number of occasions and have received excellent customer service on every time. I have been very impressed with the knowledge and experience of the staff within the store and always feel confident with my purchases there.

Chris and Ella were amazing and couldn't do enough to help, lovely people, great service.

Exceptional service always. Have to mention Will, he is always interested in the projects on the go and always give excellent advice. The rest of the team are awesome too.

Wow, one guy on desk obviously doesnt want to be there and every customer is an inconvenience and annoying, real bad attitude, I've had this guy before and same then, didntveven finish my queries I just said font worry I will go next door to screwfix,,,, job sorted. 15 00 11/10/22

Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Very helpful and knowledgeable and happy to help. Unlike the store in Pontypridd, I went there and they basically had. A. Go at me and told me I should look in the brochure before I go. I didn’t know what I needed that’s why I went in to ask for advice

There is one particular guy who messes up all my orders in here and im sick of it..

Spend a good few £1000 a month in all Toolstation branches throughout Wales and occasionally, in Bristol and Weston-super-mare.
...but am sick of this one in particular.

Unfortunately have resorted back to Screwfix :( :(
