It's great having a local Toolstation. It's quick and hassle free to use click and collect. Staff are friendly. I was helped by Ben. He was very understanding, very polite and very friendly. Went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed 😃

Don't trust anything their website says about delivery times it's at their convenience not the customers Ordered an item with it to be delivered next day at local store took time off work to collect item as needed for work and not been delivered tryed to check why by phoning only to be faced with a 53min wait so tryed online and after battling with the bot to be transferred to a actual person say first response would be in two minutes reality half an hour only to be told that it would be delivered the next day possibly so chap in store tryed to contact thier office and even he couldn't get through now left waiting for an email or phone call from him poor show when

Good friendly staff pretty helpful too, the stock levels here are pretty good, a few things I've had to wait for but it's usually next day or the following day.

Visited the Llandrindod Wells Toolstation & the manager was fantastic. He really went above & beyond to help me out. What a very helpfull & kind person. I highly recommend this shop & manager if you need anything. The best in town great prices a huge selection. Kind helpful & patient. Something rarely seen in other shops. Toolstation will definitely be my first port of call for all my future needs. Thanks for your help & kindness. 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating.

James and Dave were the most helpful people I've had serve me at tool stations. Knew their stuff, got me what I needed even though I didn't know exactly what it was I needed and remained patient. Cheers geezers!

Big car park, nice clean & tidy place - enhanced by pleasant staff - perfect!

Excellent service ...very polite and friendly staff ..and the assistant called Dale was so helpful ...very impressed all round and I would recommend anyone to go there for goods
