The staff here do their very best to be friendly and helpful. The problem is this branch is too small for the number of people using it. Expect to queue at most times. Come on Nationwide do Faversham a favour and find larger premises.

Fantastic service, I don’t go in much, but am always greeted by name. Nothing is ever any trouble. I especially love the way they look after the older folk that use this branch, they have genuine conversations with them and know them personally. The staff are a credit to Nationwide.

Today, Robyn helped me so quickly and efficiently when no one else at Nationwide head office could. I lost a lot of time over two days trying to sort out something that was not my fault, but that of the Nationwide system and this lovely lady was the only one who actually did something about it.
