I've been in this branch a few times before and the service wasn't too great then either but just went in go do a transaction and was greeted with 2 European women laughing away, having their own conversation whilst me and another customer waited at their desks to be served. The lady serving me was the most unfriendly person I've ever met. No smile. No friendliness. If yoy aren't happy with your job or having to work a Saturday then get a better job on your terms.
