I have to walk into Fleet very sick old man to see if I can spend my own money on a very cold day. They follow this rigid set of rules to freeze my account not taking into account how badly it affects my health despite me telling them.

Unable to downgrade an account online meaning you have to call them. 25mins on hold to be told that particular department is closed! Typical shocking service we have all come to expect from the high street building societies & banks!

Usually great service but their website says ite open 10 until 2. But the notice on the branch door says closed until the 21st

All the branches that I go to; Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot, Farnham, Plymouth, I go in quite often. Always good staff and always helpful and I'm glad the branches are not closing down. Hopefully Nationwide will stay open and keep the books. Thank you so much, thank you for always looking out for your members. I do love my building society books. Simon
