Very busy 11am-1pm+.
ATM available outside front of the premises.

It makes 0 sense to me that you’re open 3 hours a week to the people who work 9-5. You really need a half day Saturday and the whole of Sunday off to recover from all that hard work you did Saturday morning?

I had reason to contact Nationwide Birchington recently for reassurance re my elderly mum's account .I am unable to get to Kent at present and the support mum and I got from the staff was excellent. Professional but very helpful and most kind to mum.In these days of sometimes cold faced banking it was very refreshing to know you obviously have staff who put your customers first. Many thanks.

Really helpful staff, good to keep a local branch in Birchington. Automatic doors to assist entrance to the bank. Only downside you can hear people talking to the manager on personal banking matters when a side room would be more appropriate. The Manager here is excellent.

Terrible bank, Changed from Natwest ended up back with Natwest as the manager in nationwide birchington forgot to put the overdraft on..... Then they decided not to tell me this and blame it on me and that I should of checked. Reason that she forgot to do it was the computers where down so she was meant to do it the next day.

Stopped Saturday Morning opening a couple of years ago, due to Covid worries. No sign of reinstating. Useless if you work normal office hours and want to see someone face-to-face. Disappointing.

probably the greater branch than anywhere else but theres nowhere to park lol or pay for parking when dont have the change what a good spot to put a bank right in the mid town centre be great and happy to get to the branch easier xx

Great there is still a branch, but awful opening hours.
There are 168 hours in a week. This branch is open just 24 hours a week - 10am - 2pm on Wednesdays? Get it open 9am - 5pm five days a week and Saturday morning.
