Friendly staff, recommended if you want an account with a proffesional manner

Staff helpful (unlike those in the Nat West). One star docked because of Muzak (who needs it?)

Edit: update to 1 star because, having received a chase letter, it transpires that the branch never sent the paperwork I gave them on to head office!

Staff are always helpful and polite like all building societies should they also know their customers well and have a fairly good syranowith all concerned.

Constant problems with the staff. Great if they like the look of you. Not so great when your are elderly

Average experience clean, uniformed staff and polite, 3 stars because that's what a western civilisation demands.

Stop closing all the branches. Who want to pay and park to use this branch! How can banks be to skint to keep the little ones open!

Staff always friendly, helpful. Issues always resolved on the spot. Would never go back to banks again.
