Placed just outside the centre. There are a couple of cash machines on the outside wall. Ques at the machines are common on a Monday as are ages inside.

Ben helped me change my child accounts to adult accounts now that I am 18. He asked me questions to get to know what I needed and also explained to me the various options I had. He didn’t rush me and re-explained things when necessary and I have come away confident that what I have set up is perfect for what I need and my goals.

Had a great experience in the aldershot branch today Amy B went above and beyond to give me advice and help me make the right decisions for me! Great service couldn’t ask for more!

This branch in general is not good, always last minute closures due to lack of staff, compared to other branches this one falls well short of what i would expect, they keep saying we only do 5 bags of coins, where as other branches do as many as needed, i would love to be able to use this branch regularly, but i feel like walking in there is a lost cause from the start, also when i go into this branch it never seems to be clean compared to other branches.
Also staff not very helpful and never seem to greet with a smile or friendly face.

Very rude cashiers. I needed my original IDs certified and was bluntly told it can’t be done because they don’t know me personally. I have multiple accounts with Nationwide. Since when does personal relationship get in the way of a customer getting service at a local branch? Terrible service!
