Branch is always well staffed especially on Saturdays. Lovely to see the same staff working there over many years. Always friendly and helpful.

I thought this was a nice bank until I went in today and they told me they no longer receive transfers with cash what is the point of a bank who doesn't accept cash

Nationwide is a fantastic bank, offering you a clean floor, fast service and friendly, attentive staff whom are always happy and ready to help with any queries that you may have. The service is always exceptional from all members of staff and they will always go the extra mile to help even with the toughest of situations. The Leamington Spa branch itself is easy to access, well laid out and they always have enough staff on hand to keep any build up of cues flowing without causing people delays. All around, it is always a happy banking experience.

My daughter turned 11 and has been super excited about being able to open her very first account. I called the branch to ask how this is best possible and from the very outset the team were incredibly helpful and upbeat. They suggested we popped in on her actual birthday and they could help with every step.

And this is where the story becomes incredible… When we arrived, they took her through the process of opening her new account, helping her at every step knowing how excited she was. However, what happened next was just off the scale amazing!! All the staff in the branch had signed a card, got a little gift for her and sang happy birthday – at this point I could feel myself filling up a little. The staff at Leamington Spa are not only truly amazing at customer service, but also incredibly thoughtful and know how to make a birthday girl beam with a massive smile. I have never seen such amazing customer service from any organisation ever!

The team are the very best of the best!!

Appalling service when asking about savings account. Told to go home an do it online by a gentleman just leaning on the counter. I am not very computer literate so this was an issue to me. Left an went to the Coventry building society opened an account they couldn't do enough for me.
