I went to the Maidstone Branch today, very worried about something. I had the good fortune to deal with Anna, who was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and also checked with another colleague that she was sure she was correct with the information she had given me. She was very reassuring and I commend her highly. I also commented to the Branch Manager, Zoe, about how good Anna's service had been. Zoe appears to be the kind of Manager that we would all like. She cares deeply about her team, their service and the customers. I left the Branch with such a sense of financial relief, given how sickened I felt about an issue when I went in. Bravo and thank you to both Anna and Zoe

Firstly this is not my actual local branch however after receiving very little help from the borehamwood branch I was fortunate enough to be put through to the Maidstone branch via telephone banking. How fortuitous! The call was handled by Anna who was simply fantastic. Incredibly patient and helpful. I cannot praise her enough! Thank you Anna - you are a credit to Nationwide and have restored my faith in the company. Your manager Michelle sounds very nice too! Only wish you were my local branch!

I would like to thank Nicola who was excellent this morning , Friday 21 Oct, in helping me transfer an ISA from Lloyds Bank to Nationwide. Fantastic service and really customer focus.

Popped in to branch for some administration was dealt with quickly, although did not advise me of one crucial point which rendered the whole visit pointless, so polite but unfortunately not knowledgeable enough
