Fantastic customer service and really friendly branch. I don't usually go into a bank branch as I can do most of my banking online but had to go in recently for certain transactions. The moment I stepped in, it felt so warm and calm. The team are so lovely, friendly and professional. They offered me great advice and tips which were really useful. You can tell they value you as a customer and are a part of the community. I will definitely visit this branch again. Thank you to Wage for his help. I also want to thank another colleague but I didn't catch his name, so sorry. He was a great help and even remembered my name when I visited another time! Think his name might be Joyce based on the other reviews.. I will find out and remember next time! But thank you again, you really make the banking experience a lot more enjoyable.
