Isaac was competent, helpful and patient. He got the necessary tasks done efficiently and with a friendly manner, putting you at your ease. The other staff were courteous. Commendable service all round.

I went to this bank, the manager of that branch held my personal card reader and said we do not have it in the branch and we need it, but I got it from another branch. The manager told me that three days later a device will be sent to your address. We post but they were not honest and it was not sent to me. I needed my personal card reader

To a number of banks .Manager always has time to have a friendly chat. Now where do the Managers be at other banks

Shut at lunchtime on Wednesdays and closes at 4:30 throughout the week. They really make it difficult for anyone with a day job to use their services.

i had to go in multiple times to deal with credit card issues and verifications, they were all incredibly understanding and kind and made sure i knew i wasn't being a nuisance by popping in every day haha. the lovely branch manager (i can't remember his name, apologies) was especially kind, he made sure i was okay and sympathised with me for having to jump through so many corporate hoops to deal with my issue. the place is also very well kept with convenient services available. one of the better nationwide branches i've ever been to :))
