Small bank my local branch I do quite like it here efficient and I can quickly get what i need when I pop in. Staff always friendly and helpful. Just wish it was open Sunday's sometimes but I understand it might not be always cost efficient for them

My local branch and every visit is exemplary. Staff are always friendly, helpful and amenable.

Extremely difficult to queue safely outside due to alleyway to waterborne walk and also people trying to use cash point, not able to social distance but felt safe once ushered in by door assistant and all staff very helpful
