Nationwide Building Society

Great bank with good facilities for existing customers (such as percentage rates lowered for loans). Any problems I have had has been dealt with properly in branch and over the phone. I do believe they should increase the size of my local branch as it is quite small, nevertheless, it is convenient.

Very poor telephone behaviour. I needed some help and tried to book in appointment, but the staff (imagine!) refused that! Rubbish service. Never more going to contact this branch again. Probably to switch my account to another bank! Unhelpful and rude! Just rubbish!

It a very small group branch nationwide building.

I always go to this branch because it's local, the staff are welcoming and friendly and I recieve great customer service here.
Although the branch is small they've made great use of their space to accommodate social distancing and still have 2 tills open.

Very friendly staff, who remember their regular customers. My wife is even on first name terms with some of the staff! Which makes all the difference! 5 STARS banking!

Just been to this branch.
I have been before this branch and service is good.
But today when i went there staff was on break for may be 1 or 2 hours which i am not sure exactly how long.
But its so stressful.
