I have my normal rant about this place not enough staff , trying to convince us that its better to do it on line! The queues say what people think of that!

Always been helpful and very polite whenever i've gone in

Needs to start reopening on a Saturday. Not everyone has the time to go to the next nearest branch in Redditch

Applied online for a flex one bank card but never sent the forms out for me to compleat it

Not open on a Sat anymore. Ridiculous

Lovely staff, always friendly and helpful, best bank on the high street!

If I could give more stars, I would.
I had the unpleasant task of reporting a bereavement . The staff made it so much easier.
In particular a lady, whose name was Sophia.
So knowledgeable, so helpful, so efficient.
So understanding and empathetic.
Nationwide have a gem , I hope they realise.

Went here after a rather silly mistake on my part and the employees were incredibly helpful, reassuring and friendly.
